Sawn Basalt
Straight from the saw: a matte, naturally slip-resistant surface for outdoor paving and cladding.
Sawn basalt is cut to thickness and delivered with the natural saw finish, a fine matte texture that is slightly rough to the touch. It is the most economical basalt format and the workhorse of public squares, walkways, façades and retaining walls. Because the surface is left as cut, it is naturally slip-resistant and weathers evenly.
