What we collect
When you use the contact or quotation forms we collect the details you enter: name, company, e-mail, phone number, country and the content of your message. Our server also records technical data such as IP address, browser type and access time in standard log files.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, ship samples and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and your consent where you have given it. Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR apply.
Sharing and transfers
Form submissions are delivered to us by an e-mail service provider and stored in our mailbox. Data may be shared with freight forwarders, banks and authorities where necessary to fulfil an order. We do not transfer data to third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Data connected to an order is kept for the period required by Turkish commercial and tax law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing us. Under KVKK you may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority; EU residents may complain to their local supervisory authority.
